We can accommodate one group from 2 to 20 guests at each seating. We offer one seating per day, by reservation only.

BAIKAMO Original Course Starting At ￥3,000 Per Person

We serve a five course meal “OMAKASE” style, where your chef will select fresh, seasonal ingredients including meat, seafood, vegetables, and Japanese specialties such as grilled konyau, fried tofu, rice balls, and more. Many of the vegetables we serve are organically homegrown in our family managed garden. When you make your reservation, let us know your preferences and budget, and we will arrange the meal for you.

You’ll begin with a trio of delights, followed by our original Carpaccio salad.

GRILLED

The heart of your meal is an assortment of meat, seafood, vegetables and other Japanese specialties that you can grill over our hearth. Of course, we can accommodate those customers who prefer their selections to be grilled by our chef.

REFRESH YOUR PALATE

We serve a selection of pickled seasonal vegetables to help refresh your palate and prepare for the next course.

SPECIALITY KOJI SALT GINGER HOTPOT

Warm up with our hotpot made with pork and vegetables, seasoned with our homemade koji salt, ginger, and daikon orishi, followed by a finale of udon noodles.

SEASONAL FRUITS

We have a selection of seasonal fruits served in a chilled “donabe” ceramic pot.

BEVERAGES

We offer a variety of soft drinks, beer, wine, whiskey, and shochu.

We offer one seating per group on Friday and Saturday evenings, from 6:00 to 10:00pm, by reservation only.
